Days of future past
X-men: dark phoenix
Kitty sends Wolverine’s mind into his body from the past. Wolverine wakes up in 1973 New York City in a hotel, sleeping with a woman, then three gangsters arrive and shoot him for «sleeping with his boss’s daughter», Wolverine kills the gangsters and takes their car.
When Wolverine arrives at X-Mansion, he is greeted by Hank McCoy in his human form who tries to stop him but at Wolverine’s insistence he transforms into the Beast and the two have a fight that is interrupted by young Charles Xavier (aka Professor X). After Wolverine explains to them what will happen in the future with the Sentinels if they do not stop Raven with the collaboration of Magneto, he learns that the Xavier school closed because several of the students and teachers were drafted for the Vietnam War, after the first semester, which affected Charles emotionally so Hank developed a serum that suppresses his telepathic powers and in return allows him to walk, in turn the serum is derived from the same formula that Hank uses to become human. Xavier at first refused to help Wolverine but eventually agrees to go with him in hopes of reuniting with Mystique. However going for Erik Lensherr becomes complicated because he is locked in a cell under the Pentagon for the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, then Wolverine tells them that he knows someone outside Washington who could help them get him out, but they do not know how to find him, so they locate him through a phone book.

X-men: first class
The plot of Days of Future Past advances in two different timelines. On the one hand, in the present, the X-Men confront the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, led by Mystique. At the same time, the story takes place in a future in which Senator Robert Kelly has been assassinated by the Brotherhood. In this future, the senator’s murder has triggered a strong anti-mutant sentiment in the population. Robots called Sentinels imprison mutants in concentration camps, while taking control of the United States. The other world powers, faced with the threat of the Sentinels, are about to launch a nuclear attack on America. Kitty Pryde’s mind from the future is transferred to her present-day self to warn the X-Men of the danger. The X-Men manage to prevent the assassination and the mind of the adult Kitty Pryde returns to the future. However, the dystopian future continues to exist as an alternate timeline to the real future under the name Earth-811.[4] The X-Men are then transferred to the future.
